Just came across this blog post…I know it is two years old, but I had not seen it before. Fast forward to the end of 2011, and here is Erik’s connection to the Mozza cookbook.

    I guess Erik won’t be opening a vegetarian restaurant anytime soon!

    I had the same thought! Maybe he will add some dulse to the sausage to give it that “vegetarian” aura. Remember when he used to eat a whole bag of the stuff?
